Tim will talk about PSR-0, PEAR, and Composer - tolls for managing libraries, dependencies, and includes.

Then Jason will talk a bit about tools for profiling and debugging code, such as Xdebug.

Since it seems like we are going to be a smaller group this month, we can probably share things that we've been working on. Unless, that is, we get more people that haven't signed up to come.
