Sunday Knitting

The Sunday knitting group meet every second Sunday (in even numbered weeks) to knit, crochet and chat. Feel free to join us.

We're a casual and friendly bunch of people with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced. We're not a knitting class (bring your own project and material), but even if you haven't started knitting or crocheting yet but would like some advice on how and where to begin, you are welcome to join this meetup.

    Heya everyone!!
A new independent coffee shop has opened at the bottom of New Walk: Bread & Honey. The owner paul is the former owner of Loaf on Braunston Gate. This is his new venture. He is using Monmouth Coffee from london and homemade soups, sandwiches, and desserts. Currently he is only open Mon-Fri, but is hoping business picks up enough that he can afford to hire weekend staff!
The food is great (and inexpensive, soup, latte, and bread cost only £3.80!!!!).
Go in and indulge its brilliant!!!!!!

    See at the next Meet-up!!!!!!

That sounds brilliant, especially if finds the money to be open on Sundays - we could do with a new venue. Sounds delicious too.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
