As requested, lets have a Korean street food night. I will set up different stations with different street foods and our members can roam around trying them all.
So far the menu:
Ttukboki- finger sized little rice cakes covered in a red pepper sauce ( #1 street food for students in Korea )
Odeng kkochi- fish cakes on skewers and the broth Kim mari- glass noodles seasoned and rolled in seaweed and fried. Excellent with ttukboki sauce
Noktu bin dae dduk- pancake made of ground mung beans, kimchi and ferns
Bun dae gi- silk worm larva steamed
Kim bap- Korean version of the Japanese futomaki but very very different.
I will throw in some kind of salad and kimchi just for balance. Menu subject to change depending on my mood. :)
