Grill at table Galbee-beef short ribs strategically peeled thin and marinated in a soy sauce based sauce over night.
jeyuk gui-pork thinly sliced and marinated in a spicy sauce that is unique to only korea. kimchi pajun- is kimchi pan cake..... don't judge!!! you will love it! we will also have a great variety of sides dishes call ban chan. it will cover the table and out of the ban chan the most famous is kimchi.
here is a little thing on kimchi from wiki. Kimchi is rich in vitamin A, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), calcium, and iron, [12 ] [13 ] and contains a number of lactic acid bacteria, among those the typical species Lactobacillus kimchii . [14 ] [15 ] [16 ] Health magazine named kimchi in its list of top five "World's Healthiest Foods" for being rich in vitamins, aiding digestion, and even possibly reducing cancer growth. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kimchi
the bbq is buy 3 get 1 free, so i order the pancake and some stuff and we divide the cost among each other. so far it has been anywhere between 16.50 to 20.00 per person.
if i end up ordering too much and it goes over 20.00 don't worry about it. our members will not have to pay anything over that.

Okay, there's been a change. My sister, Andrea, is no longer able to go to the Rice Sushi Bar since she has a prior arrangement with her school that night. So, I will be filling my plus one spot with a friend of mine. :)

The cost at This particular meeting will be around 19.00 plus tax and gratuity. That is because we are pretty much eating at the restaurant. Our regular meeting is normally one price. You are free to order off the menu and have a separate check but it costs much more. 1 order of galbee is 21.95 plus tax. We get a huge discount

hey guys i know we didn't really do much this summber. i've been busy keeping up with the korasiankitchen website....which now i am behind. also i have a few projects going on right now including the rolling pins guest chef thing, not mentioning in laws and visiters in town. my next goal is to do some form of kimchi class and by golly i will have west african night someday!!!
