I have been a chef for over a decade. My specialty is korean cuisine and sushi. Although i enjoy korean cuisine; i have a passion for other international foods. i want to cook for tampa. the purpose of the group is to discuss menu and food and then cook it, eat it, and teach the recipe to those who want to learn. anyone, who is tired of the same restaurants and want to explore new and unique recipes should join.

we have 4 main event types:
1. Taste of ............. this is pretty much come and eat the variety and amazing authentic menu that i have researched or have an expert guest prepare. for example, for russian night, we invited the Russian meet up group so that they can taste our food and critique on how authentic it is. and for taste of the philipines we had a filipino member cook some of the authentic dishes.
2. Demonstration class, this is where the members can see what i make or a guest chef and be able to try the foods during the demonstration.
3. hands on, this is where the members can get some hands on experience to what we make.
4. Pot luck challenge, is where we pick a theme and have a pot luck. In the past we had a diversity pot luck, Christmas around the world, Caribbean, and Mediterranean pot luck challenges.
