Eurogames at GXE

Hi all. Tuesday night is open gaming at GXE and I know we have a small group of regular members who prefer to play Eurogames. GXE has a selection of games to play such as Lords of Waterdeep, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, Agricola, Puerto Rico, etc. In addition, those who come to play often bring a game or two they want to play. Also, if you want to play a particular game, mention that too. :)

If you plan to attend sign up so others know who's attending. Also, if you going to be a little late post when you'll arrive. We'll probably try to time the beginning of a game for then, if possible, so you won't have to wait too long. And if you change your mind at the last minute please update your RSVP. That way we know if we should wait for you.

For those of you who are not sure what Eurogames are...they are a type of strategy game. If you've heard of or understand "worker placement", "set collection", and/or "tile placement" then you know the kind of games we're talking about. If you have, come join us one night. And if you haven't and are interested in learning, then here's your chance. Most members are more than willing to teach anyone who does not know how to play the game they want to play.

GXE can be a little tricky to find the first time. They are located one block northeast of the intersection of Copans and Powerline. They are in a one-story industrial-park building, but look for the bright green sign and door. GXE's phone number is[masked] if you need directions. Usually we're in the huge main gaming room, but sometimes we'll end up in one of the back rooms, so if you don't see us, ask at the counter.

They sell a drinks (soda and water) and a few snack type items (microwaved mini-pizza, hot pockets, candy bars, and chips). It is appreciated if you buy food and/or drinks there, but you can bring your own food in.

Please note - I won't be able to attend every week so I'm not identifying a host for this series. Just look at who signed up to identify who to look for with our group. Also, although the start time is listed as 5:30 most people arrive between 5:30-6pm.

Happy gaming!

Kay

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
