- When: 5:45 AM to 6:45 AM each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Cost: $15 per session if you commit to the whole 8-1/2 week program or $20 for a drop in rate (not committed to the whole 8-1/2 weeks).

- Walk-ins welcome! You don't have to be an LHSC member or join this Meetup group to attend. Don't be discouraged if there aren't many RSVPs; there are lots of folks who aren't on Meetup who will be there too.
