Judicial Committee Hearing Regarding Nominating Non-Libertarians and Dues
To all Interested Parties:
Attached are three petitions that will be heard by the Judicial Committee on Thursday evening, August 12, at 6:00 PM. The Judcom Hearing for the attached petitions will be held at the Village Inn in Northeast Portland, at the corner of NE 10th Ave. and Weidler, 1621 NE 10th Ave, Portland, OR.
If anyone has any written testimony, the Judicial Committee would appreciate receiving it on or before August 10, so we can give it proper consideration prior to the hearing, which will save time during the hearing.

A reminder the day before the hearing, without mentioning its location, is pretty useless.
I will not attend, as I work Thursday evenings.

I agree, failing to put the location in this meetup makes it pretty useless. I have updated the meetup with the location of the hearing. Hopefully this still provides enough time for interested parties to plan for the hearing.

Curry, I'm not sure if tonight's hearing will be recorded or not. We have a handful of LPO members that will typically show up to meetings and record them, but they don't show up all of the time. I haven't heard anyone say that they will definitely record tonight's hearing.

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the ruling from the August 12 hearing? When I asked about it I received a message from Frank Dane telling me that it had been posted. When I checked the meet-up group I did not see it under files. So I'm wondering where it is since it was due on Saturday.
