"The body is a temple and it is our duty to keep it healthy", says the Yoga tradition, the Buddha and even the bible. How do you keep yourself healthy ? Is fitness important or just well enough functioning ? Do you follow special diets ? Is our health system really a health system or a 'sickness managing' system ? What makes us sick ? How can we prevent it ? Our personal health is often a very private subject, maybe because we all know we could do better: eating more healthily, exercising more ... etc. But information about what is actually helping to stay healthy is often conflicting and confusing. Let's shed some light on it. There are lots of questions that can be asked about Health. Maybe we'll find some answers.
