Your company, "Open Source Staffing", is a temp agency. Meaning most of the 70-90k salary probably goes to you guys. Why can't your client just hire directly? I'm sure there are tons of good people out there looking for jobs. No need to leech Linux experts of their money and talent.

* Linux
* Apache
* Bind
* Postfix
* Load Balancers
* Firewalls

Initially the Sys Admin would have a role in the office network as well.
