I really appreciate your enthusiasm for this endeavor. Thank you very
much. Here are my thoughts for where we are at this point:

1. It might be a little early to try to go to two meetings per month. We
need to cook a little longer and gain some momentum. If we go to two
meetings per month right now, and anyone in our basic core burns out, I'm
afraid that we'll crash. Also, I'm pretty booked in terms of time. Sundays
are not very workable for me right now for family type reasons.

2. I posted a thread on the meetup website about the install fest. Let's
see what responses come through about the install. We should get an idea
from there what we need to address.

3. If we need to start a website/area online that will serve us uniquely,
it can be done. I have a dedicated web server that will accommodate us,
and we can install whatever we need: phpbb, etc. Let's keep this in mind
as we move forward and get a sense of what's the best direction to go.
