These days it's incredibly tempting to start wholesaling when you are looking for a long term investment or quick cash profit. Even with the risks involved in rehabbing real estate, you'll find that there are plenty of advantages of wholesaling too. When wholesaling, you are essentially the middleman as an investor. You are the one that finds the houses for sale (or the homeowner doesn't know they're in the market to sell yet) and connects the buyers with them.

Once you start working on the advantages of wholesaling you'll find there are plenty of buyers for wholesales as long as you look in the right places. Plenty of motivated sellers are out there and it will be easy to get them to come to you with the right marketing.

At the Long Island Real Estate Investors Association's special workshop, you will learn from Chris Macartney, of TriPoint Home Solutions and Mentoring Masterminds, all about wholesaling. You will learn about the benefits of wholesaling, how to market for leads, what to do with high equity, medium to low equity and no equity properties so you can always find a strategy to meet your needs as well as the needs of the homeowner, as well as how to get your deals sold in the quickest time possible.

Join us Saturday June 14, 2014 at the Continental Home Loans Office Building at 175 Pinelawn Rd Suite 303, Melville, NY, from 9 am to 4:30 pm to explore the ins and out of wholesaling and how to structure a complete business model in the first step of real estate investing. Everything else is built on top of wholesaling. Call Celeste at (631)[masked] to register, or online at https://www.LIREIA.com/education/wholesale. The price is only $99.00 for LIREIA members ($129.00 for non-members) for this valuable information. LIREIA members can bring a family member or business partner for free.

Apprentice students are free, however you must register with the Celeste at (631)[masked], since seating is limited. If you are interested in joining the new apprentice class, your attendance fee will be applied to your tuition.

The attendees were great and interacted very well with the presenter. Chris shared a wealth of knowledge on the topic of wholesaling. We had a much greater turnout than expected.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
