Little Black Village is a dedicated to discussing and exploring ways of keeping our black youth from dropping out of high school and encouraging them in seeking higher education. It is also a venue to encourage and support our black youth in exploring and venturing outside of the United States though programs such as study aboard or organization such as the Peace Corps as means to learning other cultures. We do this by participating in community service that involves our youth in and outside our communities and finding and connecting resources to the people who needs them in and out of our communities. I started this group to find like minded people who are interested in making a difference in the black community, even if it just one person at a time. All are welcome to join this group and help develop it into something meaningful.
