We are a group of Moms, Dads and kiddos (birth-5 years)who love the outdoors and enjoy allowing our little hikers to lead the way!   We are an easy-going group and our hikes vary in length depending upon how the kiddos and adults are doing, the weather etc.  We tend to go at our own pace and we adapt to what our children need. 

We will have scheduled hikes that will be during the week with monthly weekend hikes and hopefully a summer camping trip!  Our adventures will take place in and around the Portland/Vancouver area at the many beautiful parks and trails.  We hope to get families into the great outdoors, creating a network that gives our children the opportunity to explore and learn in nature.   

Group Requirements:

 1.   Group is open to families with children under 5.

 2.  A picture of you and your child/children on your meetup profile.   This ensures the safety of the group and our members.

 3.  We try to maintain an ACTIVE group and so we do require that you attend (or at least attempt) one event every THREE months.  We do understand that life happens (along with the weather) but we will check in with you if we haven’t seen you in a while.  If at any time you feel that the group is not for you due to scheduling or any other reason, just remove yourself and sign up again later when the timing is better.

 4.  Dues.  $2 is required at the time of joining either via paypay or the organizers.
