I'm a great fan of world music, particularly Balkan, Greek, and Middle Eastern. Any live music anybody knows about from these regions I'd love to hear about. I also play music in two Greek bands.
Thanks Laura. Definitely staying, Vancouver is wonderful! Hope to see you soon. Regards mukhtar
Thank-you very much for the ride and the terrific pictures.
Happy Holidays Laura all the best for and see you in the New Year.
Hi Laura, it was such a pleasure talking and walking with you yesterday. You are such a nice and fun person. Hope to see you soon, Raven
I hope you're right! So much the better if you are, and you can ignore my msgs.
P).S. to all my other msgs: It would be easy enough to put a few zigzags into my proposed rerouting to make it more interesting (W on 54, NW on Arbutus Div, W on 53rd, N on Yew, W on 51st). You'll understand what I'm talking about after you've read my other msgs. Cheers
Your route, which seems to follow Crown St to 41st, is workable as well. Sorry for the short notice, I only checked the route just now.
See you at Langara Stn!
P.S. Sorry for the fragmented message, this site has a pretty low character limit so I had to break it up into several pieces. I hope you get this in time.
There's really no other way, I'm sorry to say, as it will be a great loss to miss Fraser River Park, one of only two riverfront parks inside city limits.
This proposed route would not increase the length of the walk, and might even shorten it by a couple hundred meters.
Also there is a trail that skirts the southern and western edges of Musqueam Park and comes out smack dab at the Marine and Camosun/41st crosswalk. [Continued in next msg]
