Wooten Brothers at 3rd and Lindsley

These guys are great! The show starts at 9:30 but things don't really get moving until after 10. It is worth it, even if you have to get up for work the next morning. Sleep is overrated anyway! :)

Regi Wooten & Friends : GET THE FUNK UP!

Price: $5.00

Beginning on just another Wednesday in 1992, Regi Wooten took the stage with his bandmates and laid down a night of music so funky, they had to do it again the next week. And the next. And every week after.

Over two decades later, Wednesday nights at 3rd and Lindsley are still ruled by “The Teacher” and a rotating cast of bandmates, tempering their instrumental mastery with a casual, fun-loving attitude. Special guests abound on stage and off, with spontaneous run-ins with the likes of Katy Perry, Cee-Lo Green, Jon Bon Jovi, Elton John, Billy Preston, and Keith Horn, not to mention Regi’s own brothers, Victor, Roy “Futureman,” and Joseph.

Regi Wooten taps on his musical friends for a night of lighthearted grooves, unparalleled musicianship, and spontaneous dancing to remind us to stay funky. Join us in celebrating hump day and spur on the weekend!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
