This class combines dumbbell weight training with cardio endurance training to take your workout to the next level. You will burn between[masked] calories per class and lose fat while building lean muscle. This is a true "Bootcamp" experience...instructed by Tim...who WAS in the military and law enforcement!! This is not a program called "bootcamp" taught by people who never served. It is the real deal, a lot of fun, and very motivating!
The class fee is $12.
For all new members, there is a fitness test to gauge your fitness level to make sure that this class is for you. The assessment is performed at no charge. Please contact me to set up a date and time.
A strict CODE OF CONDUCT will be demonstrated in the class. Each member must understand and sign the conditions as part of the liability waiver. It consists of the following:
1. Be respectful of your fellow members on ALL levels of courtesy.
2. If any member is made to feel uncomfortable ....IN ANY WAY...the offending member will be instructed to leave and will not be allowed to return.
3. Be honest with me in regards to your medical history as it pertains to participation in class.
Come prepared to train hard! This is an ADVANCED class and is very demanding on all levels. Our primary focus is to workout! We have FUN...but we train HARD and we "LIVE TO TRAIN"!!
