What is your current workout schedule?

Up until June, I was doing cardio at my gym 4-5 times per week. Since then, I've mostly been running 3-4 times per week. The gym was getting boring.

What are your fitness goals?

I've lost over 50lbs since March. I need to get serious -- and I mean serious as a heart attack serious -- about building muscle. I'd say I can still stand to lose about another 10lbs.

Where do you currently workout?

I'm member of Washington Sports Club in Washington, DC, but most of my workout now consists of running outside.


I'm Joe. I heard about Tim through my friend's Facebook page. My cousin is also a member of the group. Unfortunately, I live 5 hours away, but I plan on coming down to try a class. I've lost over 50lbs since March and now I want to gain muscle.
