All of us are spiritual. Yes, it's true: We were all born with this innate gift. We are spiritual even when we think are not being spiritual. Because spirituality is life and life is spiritual. Sometimes you feel the gifts, and sometimes you feel the work that should be done. So what is the ultimate goal of spirituality? It is to be blissfully happy and healthy as our unique selves. It is to become conscious and consciousness. It is to live in balance: where ever we live, who ever we are and in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. To be free. It is not what is around us that makes us who we are and joyful, but rather, it is our unique essence and how much we are living as our true self. So how does spirituality fit into our lives? The answer is "everywhere". It doesn't always look like what the media, our culture, our religion, our parents, our mates and the educational system have told us it would look like. If we are good people then good things will happen: if I work hard, I will not be unemployed, etc. And certainly, we don't feel the way we were told we would feel. We fight in our relationships - if we can find one, our jobs are stressful, and our children are unhappy. So how does it work - how will I know if I am living spiritually? Ask yourself a simple question: am I enjoying, or feel motivated to do whatever it is I am doing? Do I feel energized after I have done it? Or, why don't I feel good: is it because I am doing the wrong thing or doing it wrongly? How can I feel differently about what I am doing? How do I empower myself? There are ancient and powerful traditions, dating back centuries, that can create the changes we wish to see in our lives. These practices will have a profound and immediate impact on us - connecting us to our highest selves and that of the universe. They help us to shed what does not belong to us and holds us back: to break free of our limitations. We will do these practices to create change on three different levels: our thoughts, emotions and body. And through this, we will create powerful health and immunity, protect ourselves from negative influences, strengthen our positive thoughts, physical bodies, and highest emotions and cleanse the negative patterns and behaviors. We will learn about energy, how to create more and keep it, how to recognize and ultimately transform energy "draining" circumstances, and how to use it to create the life we want, abundantly.
