Serving up fun and exciting raw food desserts with a holiday twist, this class is sure to includes dishes sure to impress your guests at your upcoming holiday parties, potlucks and gatherings! Using only the finest in organic ingredients, and farm fresh local produce, he will showcase each recipes by teaching tips, tricks, and techniques for making your time in the kitchen well spent with each dish prepared.
