There has been a lot happening recently outside of the group as all organizers have been traveling for more intense trainings in practicums, workshops, and out of country seminars and it's time to bring it together, offer as much support and empowerment as we can with each other, and share in the enjoyment of life, creating the best we're able, together!
There are a variety of choices we have to start some weekly / bi-weekly / or monthly meetups and I want to find out what YOU are most interested in, what you want to attend, what you want to learn and practice, what you want to share....
Please share your preferences for meeting days/times and frequency. We'll host a number of try-outs for you so you won't lose out on anything.
Meetups can be tailored for consciousness, awareness, better health and immunity, nutrition, relationships, stress-relief, body-awareness and pain-reduction, conflict-resolution, finding your passion and purpose in life, creative arts, raising children, and much more!

Some ideas and brief descriptions of practices possible:
Raja Yoga - to expand consciousness, practices of meditation and few asanas starting with the most basic. focus is on cultivating mind power and awareness.
Arahaj Yoga / Inner Martial Arts for emotional, psychological strength, raising immunity, protecting and cultivating a state of higher emotions and awareness of surroundings. Great for stress-relief, breath control, consciousness in all you do, a great compliment to regular yoga or martial arts practices. Dynamic. Controlled and focused explosions. Awareness of your energetic state (how you feel, where you feel what, how your environment is affecting you, how to not feel drained after meetings, phone calls, long travel, long days at the office, etc). We're also trained in some more well-known asana yoga traditions and martial arts traditions. If you're interested, jam session, but aharaj yoga is a bit different so you'll have to come and experience this ancient tradition that is pre-preparation for stressful meetings, jury duty, sports competitions, long-time meditations, and exam time.
Dynamic Dance Meditation - dance, move, stand still, lie down, and sweat it out. Guided and free-form dancing to practice different states of being - play and dance out different emotions, release fears, get exercise, meet great people, learn to use and harmonize excess energy or increase your energy, strength, and immunity.
Energetic Theater - sort of a blend of expressive arts/drama therapy and dynamic meditation based in ancient and modern psychology, sociology, and empowerment theories that help us to understand different roles we play in our daily lives, how to recognize roles others play, and how to consciously choose appropriate roles with each other. Great for relationships - intimate, familial, business, creative....Changes situations with joy, laughter, and ease! Promotes understanding, peace, collaboration.
3 Nutrition - A holistic look at what nutrition really is and how you can feel more nourished, satiated, and live a healthier lifestyle through paying attention to your breathing, the food you eat, different rhythms and cycles/personal needs, and impressions you receive . Many nutrition paths from ancient to modern times and from a variety of cultures are integrated. Deep understanding of many food preferences, allergies, etc.
Raw Food Dinner Parties- Not just raw food, also includes ayurveda, macrobiotics, and more, but a lot of knowledge on why fresh, organic, sprouted, local foods really are healthy for you! We can even prepare in front of you for you to taste and experience!
Self Healing Massage and Exercises - Practices to stimulate your immunity, get rid of pain, relax and rejuvenate your body. The primary thing you need is the time, space, and will power to help yourself. Then, it's just a matter of coming, practicing, and doing what feels right to you at home, in the park, on the train, or on a plane, or even in the passenger seat of the car (and heck, in the parking lot of your favorite grocery store too, why not?)
Neuropsychology - Teaching and Learning Education methods that you can use in educational settings or in the office, in a church, with a beloved partner, or in a nonprofit, even in a courtroom. Learn to become aware of your language and listen to what others are saying and transmitting through both their words and their body language, as well through behaviors. Take a deeper look at your real goals and plans and take stock of where you currently are in regards to your truest talents - even those talents that maybe you don't yet know about!
Creative Arts - Everyone has unique talents. We are not often supported in fully growing, perfecting, and utilizing our talents, but in these meet ups we are going to unleash our creative sides and learn what we can do with these talents - how the arts heal - empower - inspire, how to unlock very great mental power most people never tap into, how we can create a new world of possibilities through drawing, sewing, molding clay, painting, acting, crawling in sand, or playing music...
We're all about becoming stronger, healthier, happier, more empowered, more free, more flexible, less inhibited by patterns, fears, low emotions, unconsciously motivated ideas that are not personally and thoroughly tested and thought through.
We don't believe we need substances to have a good time either so we'll be offering some really healthy alternatives through pot lucks, juice and smoothie tastings, and heck... maybe we'll manage to arrange all night dance parties, philosophical hikes, or biking journeys with friendly organic pillow battles from time to time just to bring out the inner child and get to know each other better
Whatever the meeting or adventure, we're excited for you to come join us on a journey of empowerment, joy, learning, practice... or just take a taste of delightful, delicate, and sweet relaxation, rejuvenating knowledge, and environments that promote stress-relief in and of themselves.

Joshua Duncan is a student & teacher in traditions of human excellence and mastery. He leads empowerment workshops & classes ~ and offers personal one on one counsel, healing, & transformation work.
His Study and Background
Joshua has received initiation in an ancient form of tibetan healing & has blessing to teach the way of Health, Harmony, and Happiness.
Erika Henson is dedicated to helping people live happy, healthy, balanced lifestyles. She assists people to find their unique path and quickly change their lives, finding harmony and success. She continuously trains and travels internationally with teachers and healers sharing transformational knowledge from classical tantra, raja yoga, spiritual astrology, cultural dance, and systems of ancient martial arts.
Erika received her BA in Individualized Studies from New York University completing a program combining neuropsychology, relationship psychology, ethnopediatrics, and creative arts therapies. She is in progress of receiving her MA/PhD at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Mythological Studies and Depth Psychology. She is a self-healing educator trained at the School for Self Healing, a children’s yoga teacher and anusara-inspired adult yoga teacher, nutritional consultant with training from the Open Center for Holistic Health in NYC, and experience in Energy Kinesiology for stress relief with training from the International College of Healing Arts.
A dancer by heart with great enthusiasm for living freely, Erika hosts seminars and one-on-one retreats with people around the world, integrating transformational dances, theater performances, and other creative arts into daily routines. She inspires others to break away from their comfort zones, play in nature, and awaken hidden passions.
