What background do you have in mind-body activities (yoga, martial arts, tai chi, etc.)?

I practice yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. I would love to learn more about tai chi and other mind-body activities!

What would this group need to provide for you to make it worth your time, and energy?

Engaging conversation, learning new things, support as I try new things, and the opportunity to stretch and grow.


I have a deep interest in personal growth areas of health, nutrition, meditation, visualization, interpersonal skills, & mindfulness. I strive to master myself and practice compassion. I'm looking to connect with others who share similar interests.
