DAYHIKERS: Henry Coe State Park, Mt Sizer. approx 16 mi with 4000ft elev gain

This is a wonderful loop with great vistas from the ridge. Strenuous hike with possible stream crossings.  Bring water and food for the day. Heavy rain cancels. Sierra Club asks you to sign their usual liability waiver.  CONTACT LEADERS DIRECTLY if you've not hiked with Dayhikers before now.

Great hike... the meetup.com size restriction doesn't let me upload photos here, but the pics are in a Google+ album here: https://plus.google.com/photos/105737724482908033948/albums/5847273683814546321

    Hi All,

In case you plan to do a count at the carpool spot, I will be coming to Henry Coe Park HQ directly, so don't wait for me :)

    Cheers!

I will be driving to Henry Coe Park from Daly City (leaving at 6:30AM) to arrive at Coe by 8:30. I guess I could car pool from the Cottle/85 Park and Ride if that is the way the group usually does it. I will be driving a Toyota Corolla. If not, my plan is to drive to the trailhead and meet the group there. I have been to Henry Coe a few times in the past so I know how to get there.

Jon, the group usually meets at the carpool spot. It could save you some driving to meet at Cottle/85 @ 7:30am.
