I've updated the BiCon Meet for our London Bisexuals group to make it a lunchtime hang-out at 1pm, so we can chill without worrying about missing sessions, although I'll be there from earlier and we may even have found some/most of each other by lunch.
Things resume from 2pm but I'll be around for a while. If you want to meet up earlier so you're not wondering around alone for so long then email me or comment on the meet page (link below or at bottom) or [address removed], note that replying to this mail will go to everyone in the group who's on the mailing list. What

The workshops and talks start at 10am but the socialising goes on all day, and I've considered it best to have a meet in the lunchtime slot at 1pm around a table or two in the bar area. I'll have a meetup logo sign or two out (like I usually do at the pub socials) on the table and/or nearby to help you find us. I'll also have some flyers for the group in the community info area.Tickets
Tickets are between 10-23 for the day (or weekend tickets are available) depending on your income. You can also turn up and buy them on the door and they cover all events on the day (obviously not food/drinks though).Getting There and Finding Us/Me
Nearest public transport to UEL is Cyprus Station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) - right outside the door.
If you've not been before I am fairly easily recognisable from my profile picture - plus that I'm 6ft tall. If you can't find us/our area (I might be a couple mins late if Im at a session before lunch), give me a call/voicemail/text and I'll direct you/get back to you as soon as I can - or, hey, ask someone if they've seen us!. My number is also in the "How to find us" section on the meetup's event webpage and here for reference:[masked]BiCon Info/Links
There are talks and events (eg. workshop sessions) going on throughout the whole weekend - eg. "Bi Literature", "Bis on Screen", "Saving Bi History" talk just before lunch on Saturday, some Poi sessions outside at lunch too so there's lots to do and see. The evenings switch over to dancing (ceilidh on Saturday), then music and DJs so you can party the night away! If you want to do the whole weekend then go ahead, there is also some interesting stuff on the Sunday which will be another big day - I'm even considering coming then too.
I'll probably be tweeting a bit leading up to it and on the day too (I'll try and hint where we are occasionally), via the group's official twitter account (londonbi
The venue complies with modern accessibility standards and is flat, with lifts for accessibility to the odd few sessions upstairs. If you want to stay on site or do more of the weekend there may be leftover accomodation from cancellations but its probably going/gone now.

Don't know anything about it? The 'New to

* From one of our members... "There's nothing like being immersed in community for a whole weekend"
* From the bicon site: "One year someone theorised that no matter what your hobby or interest is, there will be someone at BiCon into that too." (they couldn't disprove that after a few hours at the bar).
