Announcing a new Meetup for London Bisexuals - a little one between meetups! What
: Comedy Night Wednesday (casual meet)When
: Wednesday, November 3,[masked]:30 PMWhere
: The Cavendish Arms
128 Hartington Rd, SW8 2HJ
Not laughed enough recently? Missed our Comedy Camp trip(s)?
If so, one of our new members (Ben) is doing a stint at a fairly lgbt-friendly club in London among quite a few other comedians/comediennes. Due to the short notice (its this Wednesday), it'll be less formally organised than all our other usual meets, and you may or may not bump into other members there (or be able to recognise them), but I thought it was interesting and worthy enough to turn this idea into a meet from the idea.
By the way, Noel Coward's "Design for Living" highly acclaimed play is turning into a real meetup-to-see-it soon, so anyone who hasn't yet seen it and wants to with the group, can come with us (or see it again)! Quite a few expressed interest at our pub social last week (see! come along and influence the meets!) and a few on the idea online too. I suspect it'll be on Wednesday 17th November - it finishes its run on 27th.
"If you are free on Wednesday evening (3rd), come along and watch me try some comedy at the event below:http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1026056383#!/event.php?eid=[masked]
It promises to be a bi/gay friendly evening as the host/organiser/compere is open about his sexuality.
Entry is free but there will be a donation towards the stated charities.
(Promise not to heckle!) Ben- aka Ola Da Vinci (on the list)"
You can RSVP to this Meetup (or just turn up, I won't be tracking it and I'm sure you don't have to rsvp to get in) on meetup:http://www.meetup.com/london-bisexuals/calendar/15289675/
or alternatively on facebook too (see the above link).
