My partner and I have booked tickets, we're going for ?27.50 ones in the baylis circle. While perusing, I did see some cheaper tickets if you don't mind being near the back or at the sides lower down, or partly/mostly behind a pillar or the guard rails. You can hover over the seats and get lots of info down the bottom, and zoom in/out too.
Please book tickets yourself if you want to try and make it now. Theambassador tickets
website at www.ambassadortickets.com/2046/676/London/The-Old-Vic/Design-for-Living-
(obviously click on the 7.30 Wednesday 17th entry) has a really good pick-the-tickets-yourself (Java) plugin on their website with great descriptions of what the limitations of some of the cheaper seats are, and they don't seem to charge extra booking fees like some of the other sites (which I didn't realise were site-specific before - ticketmaster wanted ?2.50 for "delivery" even if you pick them up at the box office!).
If you end up getting other seats, we can still meet up beforehand at the reception/box office, and it would be good to meet afterwards or chat during the interval(s).
Please keep your RSVP up to date so I know whether to wait for you before the show. Look for us in the bar in breaks/after the show. We'll be there hopefully before 7pm to pick up our tickets and will hang around til we should be seated and ready, either out front or in the bar.
