OPENING 2 LOVE - The art of compassionate touch

Opening 2 Love the art of compassionate touch

Opening 2 Love is 2 hours of deepening into presence, with ourselves and our bodies, honouring what is true for us, moment to moment.

We do this through playful and meditative exercises that invite us to tune into our body's wisdom, communicate our boundaries, and then let go.

In a safe and loving environment, we will explore:
• Honest Communication & Boundary Setting Skills

• you do not need a partner
• there will be no nudity or sexual touch
• you will not be touching or being touched if you do not want to.

Facilitated by Seth Newman, this experiential workshop is a fun and safe way to begin your conscious journey to creating deeper intimacy and more love in your life.

Seth has worked with many of the leading conscious sexuality teachers in the UK and completed a number of trainings including the 1 year Deep Diving training with Jewels Wingfield and the 18 month Living Tantra training with Jan Day. He has continued working with Jan for the last 3 years, assisting her on many of her workshops. He is currently on a  2 year Humanistic Psychology facilitator training in London.

The essence of this evening class is discovering the power of compassionate, personal touch through presence and loving kindness.

£15 for our meetup members/

£20 for both evening classes including the Bioenergetic Alchemy/ Laughter Yoga class beforehand (from 6:30-8pm)

Celebrate being fully alive in your body, heart and soul.

Please note: There will be no nudity or sexual touch during this workshop.

Feeling blissed out again today. I love the 'conscious touch' workshops. Such a lovely, soothing vibe is created, and I like the way the class progresses from focussing on inner experience from moment to moment, to saying yes and no with a partner, to saying yes and no to physical touch. A class participant yesterday asked me if I always wated to give the touch I offered. My answer was and still is a wholehearted YES! For me, it feels just as good to give touch as it does to receive it. It's beautiful to have permission to explore touch in this way, in an environment which is well contained. Thanks everyone for what you bring, big thanks especially to Seth xxx

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
