“Each of us is a moving centre, a space of divine mystery. And though we spend most of our time on the surface in the daily details of ordinary existence, most of us hunger to connect to this space within, to break through to ecstatic states of consciousness, to be swept away.” -Gabrielle Roth

Movement meditation is an opportunity to find freedom in our own ability to feel and move with all that is and with everything that arises in our body, heart and mind! The practice encourages moving with a grounded body, focus, abandon, grace and ease.
There is no experience necessary, just a willingness to move and be moved!

This is a Djed Event
Investment: £15 on the door/ £10 for our meetup members, £70 for 10 sessions

What to bring:

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
