I'd be very interested but ultimately it would depend on time and cost. Scala is a personal pursuit for me so I'd have to fund training myself.
Bill Venners and I are considering holding a public Stairway to Scala
training course in the London area sometime this year. Before we make
a final decision we wanted to gauge interest. The course will be the
same as advertised here:
So you would be able to attend for three days of applied fundamentals
(Mon to Wed), two days of advanced Scala (Thu and Fri), or stay for
the whole action-packed week.
If you might like to attend a public course in the London area this
year, please email Bill and me and let us know what you'd be
interested in (applied, advanced, or both) and when you'd like it to
be held.You can email us by replying to this or atescalate AT artima DOT com
PS. We also bring this in-house to companies that prefer a private
course, so please keep us in mind if you have a group of developers
you want to bring up to speed on Scala. And in case you're interested
