Code & Coffee (South-East London)

  • May 7, 2014 · 7:30 AM
  • This location is shown only to members

IMPORTANT: Please RSVP before attending this event.

Code & Coffee is a cool meeting for those who like coffee and love writing code. The idea is simple. Just come along and you may find other developers writing some code before going to work while drinking some coffee.

This is a great opportunity to:

• meet other software crafters

• work on pet or open-source projects

• pair with someone else on whatever you like (katas, koans, etc)

• ask someone to join or help you with your own project

• have a face-to-face meeting with your mentor or mentee

• have a nice chat over coffee: locally roasted Dark Fluid coffee made on our lovely espresso machine.

There is no agenda. Come along, bring your laptop, meet other developers, write some code (if you want) and have a coffee. Doors open at 7:30am and close at 9:30am, but you can come and leave whenever you like.

You must register beforehand.

Contact phone number:[masked]

P.S. If you want to organise a Code & Coffee in another location, please let us know. We will be happy to help and announce it to the community.

This meetup is graciously hosted by ONEIS. ONEIS builds bespoke information management systems for a diverse range of clients using the ONEIS Platform: a hosted web application which includes a novel graph database, a polished user interface, and server-side JavaScript plugins for implementing custom functionality. They make wonderful cakes in the unit below us, and give us their leftovers. We've got a big box of animal shaped "spiced shortbread" biscuits to eat with our coffee.

    See you tomorrow.
