This is a group for anyone either suffering from stress (who isn't) or for coaches, trainers and therapists who want to learn new ways of helping their clients to reduce stress. The techniques used will be mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, muscular relaxation and other evidence-based strategies.
I'm hoping to run this group at a venue in North London. I may also do some Central London meetups too...
I have been working in the stress management and mindfulness meditation field for 10 years and am experienced in ways of managing stress. I am also author of the bestseller 'Mindfulness For Dummies'.
I shall start once we have at least 20 members to help build up momentum. Probably start monthly and then gradually increase.
