Active Meditations are the synergy of movement and meditation and offer an accessible approach to quietening the mind via the use of specific movements, which can include shaking, breathing, jumping, catharsis, dancing and whirlingbefore entering a space of stillness and silence. As with all meditation, the aim is to allow the mind to be quiet and go beyond the mind to access the deeper parts of yourself.

Tonight we will explore the energy within using the powerful Chakra Breathing Meditation. This popular meditation clears your chakras (energy centres) by breathing through each of them in turn, leaving you fully energised, before moving into a still and silent space of meditation.
