London Active Meditations Group is for those of us who are interested in inner personal growth and spiritual self-development and includes:
- Unique Active Meditations designed to bring a new quality of ease to our busy, pressured lifestyle. These meditations often focus on the body to release tension so that we can relax more deeply into our essence.
- Experiential Self-Development workshops held once or twice a month such as: Trauma Release work, Bioenergetics, Inner Personal Power and Tantra.
- Meditations, Dance Events and Socials in the Parks and Forests around London - These events are held during the warmer months in the beauty of Nature.
Active Meditations are the synergy of movement and meditation and offer an accessible approach to quietening the mind via the use of specific movements, which can include shaking, breathing, jumping, catharsis, dancing and whirling before entering a space of stillness and silence. As with all meditation, the aim is to allow the mind to be quiet and go beyond the mind to access the deeper parts of yourself.
