May Bloggers Meetup

The next London Bloggers Meetup is just around the corner so grab yourself a place while there are still places.

We will be looking at travel and travel blogging this month and our guest speakers will be:

Paul Dow from TravMonkey.com

Fulvia Montresor from Hotwire.com
Emma O'Boyle from Trip Advisor

Paul will be talking about his blogging journey, covering:

  • What inspired him to start blogging
  • Tactics to attract readers - basic SEO strategies
  • Why companies need bloggers
  • Three recommendations for other bloggers

Fulvia and Emma will be discussing the future of travel and launching the results of a survey Hotwire.com has recently completed. You'll be among the very first to hear their findings.

Not only is Hotwire sending a great guest speaker, they are also picking up the bar tab (at least the first drink or two anyway) and running a great competition - more details here - to win a total of £400 of hotel vouchers.

Don't delay, RSVP today.

See you on the 17th.

Andy

My first visit to the Bloggers Meetup and I enjoyed it. Met some interesting people, learnt some new things and the free bar was a nice bonus too :)

Thought your guest speakers were brilliant. Your attendees were really friendly and gave some real good hot tips - a good way to network and learn from these attendees that are blogg already. Look forward to going along to your next session.

Three conversations provided three precious insights and the presentations were just right in terms of content and delivery. And the CSR pitch for girls ... I forget the details ... was great to hear and have at the meeting.

Far too crowded and busy for good conversation.

Have to give in to an unequal struggle, Andy. Not going to make it tonight. And what an impressive bill. Great shame. Many apologies.

Hi, I'll be along. I'm looking for fellow bloggers who might want to review and affiliate link to my pocket videomaking training course which suits both biz people and bloggers.

Hey all. I am going to be along tonight. I am looking for a wordpress developer/designer to help me with my online efforts. I am a hypnotherapist and I am looking at setting up several blogs. Please come and find me or contact me through here if you think you may be able to help. I am putting the spec together at the moment.

Looking forward to tonight's meetup! Especially as I run a London meetup group for travel bloggers. Should be very interesting.
