On Friday we have been invited to join the GLA for a night walk on the South Bank to capture shots of the bridges and buildings lit up as part of the Olympic celebrations.
We will meet in Potters Fields Park by City Hall by the big screen and proceed towards the House Of Commons, Di Henry from the GLA will join us to explain the stories behind the displays and how they work.
This ties in brilliantly with the #GElights contest we are running
where if you capture a night shot and upload it to instagram or Viddy you can win a prize, exclusive to London Bloggers Meet Up we have two cocktail making classes and two runner up prizes of wine.
The main global prize is a trip to London and a house lighting make over - all you have to do is take a picture!
There are only 40 places available on this special MeetUp with a chance to win a prize, so grab your place now.
Bring a picnic and a camera to Potters Fields Park by City Hall so we can catch up, eat and drink as you or watch the Olympics on the big screen.
Afterwards, 20 people will get a guided walk of the Embankment and 20 will be set afloat with another guide, explaining the lit up sights along the way.
This is your chance to take some great photos and maybe win a prize.
We’ll meet back at a pub near Westminster to compare pictures and make last orders!
