This session is going to form part of the Digital Shoreditch Festival, which runs from 20th - 31st May 2013. http://tickets.digitalshoreditch.com/
Come and rest yourself and your weary laptop for a while at the fabulous Modern Jago, get to meet other like minds, have a giggle and get some work done.
There might even be cake and biscuits.
Modern Jago is where creative minds can come together to collaborate, learn, play and be inspired by the craft and passion of others.
Modern Jago is a freely available co-working space for creative and digital artisans to play, create and collaborate in Arnold Circus, Shoreditch.
The space is particularly suited to software and web developers, creative types and anyone who wants to work collaboratively with others, making ideas happen.
What is Pop up co-working?
Working from home can be great but sometimes you just need to be around other people. .
This is not a standard meet up. It is an informal co-working event where freelancers, home workers and small/micro business owners bring their laptop and work, chat and collaborate with other small business owners. Wifi and power are provided FREE of charge, with small charges made for food and drink. Co-working means meeting up with like-minded people to work together in a different environment, to exchange help and advice, and maybe come up with a new idea to collaborate on. Pop up co-working differs from networking in that the aim is not to find new clients or to sell yourself or your business, just to work with like minded people in a supportive environment.
Do you charge?
We make a small charge for non-members to cover the cost of refreshments and organisation.
What should I bring?
Yourself and your laptop. That’s it! But if you’re feeling especially nice you may also want to bring along something to share with the group. Oh, and if you have a free-agent friend, bring them along too.
Is there a Twitter hashtag?
Yes there is! It’s #kindredJelly
