Yet another great lecture coming up at the gorgeous Royal Astronomical Society building on Piccadilly! This Linnean Society lecture delivered by Sir John Lawton promises to be a good one and very pertinent to aquatic nature conservation in the UK. It is free and pre-registration is not required. For more information, please see the Linnean Society website:
There is no registration required and entry is on a first come first serve basis, so not guaranteed. For this reason, I would suggest we all try to meet at 5:30 inside the entrance of the building or close to the ticketing area, wherever there is space for us to gather.
If this lecture is the same as past Linnean Society meetings, there will be wine and biscuits afterwards so that those who wish can continue discussing, networking and socializing. If not, we can always stop in at a pub, depending on the interests of the group.
