  • Sup Tom, I have absolutely no idea what happened to that reply you sent! I saw a bit of it in my inbox but everything from meetup is in my junk filter so i have nothing to reference. I think you gave me a link, you also mentioned drawing from imagination! I'm sure we had a lengthy discussion about that once upon a time lol. it's precisely a skill I am aiming for. in figures and landscapes. check out a artist when you can called kim jung gi. draws completely from imagination in pen. youtube also.

  • Hi Tom
I'm merging my two artists groups into one called London Artists. Wondered if you would like to be asst organizer and post the Richmond Park event on there? I've got some great photos of Richmond Park I could add as it's very near to me. Hope for good weather! Julia

  • You may be interested in GlobalNet21 at http://www.meetup.com/21stCenturyNetw... where we debate and discuss some of the great issues of the 21st century.

GlobalNet21 was set up to discuss some of these great issues of our millennium and bring back the hope that we can do something about it. We discuss many issues, network people to take action and link people with organisations that make a difference.

  • Hi, We think you might be interested in our Meetup Group. We offer painting and drawing classes in all mediums. http://www.meetup.com/SunnyArtStudio/ Different from other large art classes where you may not get much individual tutorial, we have a maximum of 10 students per class so that you can learn more and gain more. We are offering a very special promotion for new Meetup customers; try one of our three hour class for £20 or try two of our three hour classes for £30. See you here~~

  • Hi Tom,
If you’re interested in exploring London's history and culture, then check out the London Cultureseekers Group - www.cultureseekers.org.

We explore museums, art galleries, historical buildings, go on guided walks, theatre, days out etc.
We have over 3000 members and organise 3-4 events a month.

It's the best way to explore London whilst making new like minded friends!

    Regards

    Robert
