I am a retired teacher. I have no strong background in philosophy and would like to join a group where I can discuss philosphical problems with like-minded people rather than with retired philosophy academics
I am particularly interested in areas where philosophy interfaces with topics such as religion or lack of it, science especially the implications of evolutionary science, the mind and contemporary ethics

Hi Graham,
I'm organising a trip to the Darwin Centre at the Natural History this Sat between 4-6 for atheists. Varied conversation and lots of smiles I hope!
Are you interested?

Hi Graham, thanks for letting us know about the PFA event. Do you have any connections with who organises the PFA as it may be useful to connect the groups for some events in the future? Cheers,
Filip
It was nice to talk to you last Sunday about global problems humanity is facing. I wish there were more open minded people like you.
