(Maximum 30 people)
£5 for the walk
Do you want to learn more about herbs, plants and how they can be used for medicinal, spiritual purposes?
Come for a herb walk looking at the common plants in Regent's Park and learn what they can do for you, and a little bit about what you can do for them too!
The walk will last about 1.5hrs and is led by Corinne Montenon, herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, who will be informing you about the medicinal properties of common plants and how to make simple but effective recipes for your physical, emotional, and spiritual journey!
After the walk, all participants will be able to try the medicinal plant remedies of the local pub, i.e.: hops (beer) and red and white grapes (wine)!
TIP - Should you wish to, please feel free to bring a pen and some paper so you can jot down notes about the herbs, as Corrine explains their uses.
For those who have RSVP'd, paid, we will be meeting at the Cow and Coffee Bean Cafe at 7pm!
