Come join the members and crew of the London Spirituality Meetup Group for a wonderful Friday Social Meet up on August 20th with drinks at the spectacular roof Terrace Bar at Doggett’s Coat & Badge, a four-floored bar on the South bank of the river Thames, blessed with one of the best locations in London - overlooking Blackfriars Bridge with stunning views of The River, The City, St Paul’s and beyond!

We have hired out the top floor just for you! Once at Doggett’s, You will reach The Terrace Bar by taking the lift or the stairs to the top floor and enter the indoor bar area, which is quite cozy, decorated beautifully like the rest of Doggett’s in dark wood to enhance the atmosphere and character, but with floor to ceiling glass doors making the space both light and airy. No matter the weather, you will be comfortable, happily joining others of like mind for a memorable evening in quite comfortable seating. The Terrace Bar has its own fully stocked bar offering both bottled and draft products and a range of great wines at reasonable prices.

If the weather is lovely (as we expect it will be), you will be drawn to the large terrace and immediately taken by the view over the river and on towards St. Paul’s – certainly one of the most stunning views from a pub anywhere in London. The terrace has outdoor heaters, and seating for around fifty people. A barbecue is available in the ground floor garden if you would like to catch an inexpensive tasty beef or chicken burger. Other menu items available inside the pub.

There is room for 150 people so please sign up early and come along! This promises to be one of our most popular meetups yet, due to the stunning location.

Doggett’s is well served by public transport. Waterloo Station is a 10 minute walk away whilst Blackfriars and Southwark stations are minutes away. London bus routes 45, 63,100 & RV1 run to and from stops within yards of the pub. Please note Blackfriars Station is closed until 2012. Please use Temple or Southwark stations.
