Let's have dinner at inSpiral for their two-meals-for-the-price-of-one special!
For logistical reasons, the guest feature is not available for this event -- each member has to sign individually.
Look for the LVM sign on the wall tables to your right as you enter into the lounge.

I'm unhappy to be forced to write the following.
Some people have cancelled at the last possible minute for no reason (I don't mean you, Sheldon, who've just come down with a virus), and it is causing problems and annoyance, right and left.
First, I need to make a reservation and confirm it with the venue. I have to do it in my name. I like what the people do at inSpiral, and I don't want them to lose business because they've saved tables for us and potentially refused others. I also don't want to start having poor relations with them because of last-minute cancellations for events I organise on behalf of a group.1 · March 19

In addition, it's not fair to people who were on the waiting list because the maximum number of people had been reached and who made other plans because their name didn't go up.
It's also not fair to people who would have liked to join, but didn't given the long waiting list.
The system sends several reminders and I have sent emails asking people to confirm.
Some people have told me that they don't want to organise events because it's too much work and headache even for a dinner like tonight's that should be straightforward.
I'm wondering whether I'll organise such events again if it's going to be so much trouble for something that should be a fun time sharing with people I have met and new people. My time is better used for animal rights' promotion.

Hi, lots of interest for Tuesday's inSpiral evening! Great! :-)
I'm going to see whether I can make a reservation for a larger number of people. Before I commit to the venue though, I need to know if the people who've signed up are sure they're joining us.
So, could you please confirm here or change your RSVP status if you cannot make it for sure after all.
If you can't attend, please change your RSVP as the waiting list is handled automatically.
