I hope those of you that made it along enjoyed the evening, and sorry if I came across a little curt when I popped to the table at around 9ish.
The pizzas we made on Saturday weren't as good as we had hoped - but, after fighting with the thermostat on our oven, on Sunday they came out a lot better and a lot quicker (+ we reduced the base size so it was crispier and not gooey).
If anyone has any comments or feedback (especially suggestive ones) please drop them through to [masked].
If there's sufficient interest, I'll try to arrange another evening of pizzas and put myself in the kitchen for this one (instead of spending my evening making cheese boards!)

There's the potential to increase the number of attendees. I've started with 14 as that's about as many as we can get around the tables that we normally occupy. But if there's sufficient demand, I'll talk to James about reserving more space. So please add yourself to the waiting list if you want to come.

What's everyone's preferred start time?
For reasons that I won't bore you with, it was originally 7pm before being brought forward to 4pm. But Pogo is hoping to be serving until 10pm (and kicking out before midnight) so I'm thinking of putting it back again - maybe to 6pm.
