First time for me and looking forward to it. Mainly going for my friend Ruth Hawe's book launch in the afternoon. She's written a novel about a young vegan activist. It's called Holy Cow. We should all buy a copy!

Hi Robb, are meetup members meeting somewhere at lunchtime like what we've done at similar events? I'm coming on my own, and it would be great to meet up with other lovely meetup people on the day. I'm really looking forward to eating lots of cake :-)

I noticed that :-( It's a shame, as he loves days out - you can see him taking it all in when he goes somewhere new; he's so intelligent and loves the stimulation.

Just a quick heads-up that Vegetarian Shoes will apparently *not* be at VegFest. (Again.) So if you were planning on checking out their stuff while in Brighton, you might like to pop in en route to the show.

    Hi everyone,
My book launch will be on Saturday at 4pm : I'm giving a presentation of some readings from "Holy Cow" followed by a guided group journey to the Vegantopia of heroine Daisy's visions. Please do come and be part of this very interactive experience. I shall be inviting everybody to tune in and explore where their own higher expanded self takes them, with sharing time afterwards.
Together we are co-creating the beautiful gentle world we will to live in, and we need to start giving focussed energy to this, to make it happen. There is great power in group intention, and my aim is to harness and direct this for us all. I am confident that other people's visions and ideals are as amazing as mine are. The major block to allowing them through seems to be a fear of getting it wrong, or the fear of disappointment if we fail. Facing down these false barriers is the first step to freedom. See you there! Brightest Blessings to Each :)

Do you have a meeting point at the exhibition centre?

    March 20, 2014

    • Robb

We tend to spit up once we get there, as an 80 person vegan conga might be a bit of a challenge. ;-) However, I'll try to find a suitable lunch spot on the day, and post details here...
