London Vegans Monthly Meeting: Suzanne Barnard of the Jewish Vegetarian Soc.

Suzanne is the Director of the Jewish Vegetarian Society. Admission £2 (£1 concs.). Free hot drinks provided, but if you'd like to bring some vegan snacks to share, please feel free to do so.   Hi Leviathen. I imagine that Suzanne will be talking about the work of the Jewish Vegetarian Society. I have heard her talk before and she is an excellent speaker and a vegan. I will see if I can find out any more for you. Thanks Julie

  Ok have now spoken to Suzanne, the speaker at London Vegans. She says the talk will be about Judaism and vegetarianism/veganism. She is planning to show a short clip from the film A Sacred Duty and will talk about the Jewish Vegetarian Society.

Hi Melanie. It is a talk plus an opportunity to mingle. Some people bring food to share but you can pre-order delicious hot vegan food and desserts from Shambhu's Catering www.shambhus.co.uk/lv as long as you order by Tuesday 27th. The admission fee is a donation towards the cost of hiring the room. We look forward to seeing you there.

Hi! Can anyone tell me what this meeting is about? Are we going to have dinner together, or is it a talk or a meeting? Do we need to bring our own food? What is the admission fee about? (sorry many questions, but am new to the group...) Thanks for the info!
