I have a fairly restricted diet and am probably vegan for 90% of the time.
I like okra currys, anything with red peppers like tofu stir frys, roasted vegetables and gluten free carrot cake.
I find it difficult to locate restaurants that totally cater to my dietary needs.
Probably how to satisfy hunger with a non-meat diet.
