Vegan since Jan 2011. I went from Omni to Herbivore over night.
Green chillies, lots and lots of chillies. My Spag Ball, Idli and chutney, daals in their various forms, okra, dosa, aloo parantha, miso soup, tofu scramble, stuffed avocado peppers, Linda McCartney Country Pies.
The Vietnamese restaurants in Shoreditch. Nothing... and I mean nothing beats it. Tasty, Healthy, Interesting and relatively cheap.
Carrot farming is exploitation.
