Fruit and veg. I suppose my ideal diet would be Mediterranean vegan, including such favourites as chick peas, tahini (one of my addictions!), olive oil, tomatoes etc.
I like several, including 222 (partly because it's reasonably local for me), Vitaorganic and Tibits.
I know it sounds silly, but it's still that old chestnut "where do you get your protein from?" I hear it time and time again!
