Hi I'm Ingrid, I've been vegan for over three years (vegetarian for seven years before that).
I'm a practical vegan. I do as much as I can within reason but if I'm forced into a situation where I have to put up with a non-vegan option, I figure it's not the end of the world. I don't eat any animal products, including honey, nor do I buy leather, wool or silk.
Vegan chocolate chip cookies, sushi (vegan style, naturally), apricots, lentil and tomato soup, vegan pizza.
Busaba, Neal's Yard Salad Bar, Mildred's, The Gate.
You don't eat dairy but you can have yogurt, right? Or goat's cheese, that doesn't contain lactose. What's wrong with eating honey?
I haven't met many other vegans, so the chance to meet more like-minded people.

Hello Ingrind,
I'm french, and i'm going to London in January until February. I'm looking for an accommodation for 2 month in the south Kensingston, have you got some clues to help me ??
Thanks you
Hi Ingrid,
I am new in London and want to learn how to cook and prepare good vegan food because whenever I have had it, it has been lovely.
Any chance you would be willing to help me out? I can buy all the ingredients and you can teach me how to cook a great vegan meal?
B
