you could say i'm 90% vegan at home but do eat cake that may have egg in. I buy a lot of vegan chocolate though thus doing away with cravings whilst out for high sugar bars. Why aren't there more vegan chocolate options in supermarkets? I have been a vegetarian for 26 years.
aubergine, mushrooms, Indian food, I love Amys Dairy free Rice Mac and Cheese.
haven't one as dont eat out regularly, but i like Tibits restaurant, where there is a buffet -if a little pricey.
what about your protein, especially when work collegues hear i don't eat nuts, but I do add flaxseed and recently Chia seeds to my cereal and thats got protein as well as adding hemp seeds to salads. seeing as generally I hardly ever feel ill I don't see why people are so concerned with my diet.
to discuss a healthy way of living as well as making new friends -and i have met some lovely people.
